Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy:
Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Return Shipping:
NV Boutique is committed to providing exceptional service. In the case of returns, we will cover the shipping costs associated with returning items.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund for a choice of either in-store credit or to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Sale items however, are final and cannot be returned or exhanged.
